Alpha eXcellence Foundation

The Alpha eXcellence Foundation (AEF) is the charitable arm of the Xi Phi Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., dedicated to creating opportunities that help individuals and communities thrive. Through scholarships, mentoring, leadership development, and community service, AEF invests in the next generation of leaders. Its 1906 Scholarship supports graduating seniors in Berkeley and Dorchester counties, while the annual Black Ice Scholarship Gala raises funds for scholarships and programs that advance education and empowerment. Rooted in service and committed to excellence, AEF works to open doors, strengthen communities, and build a lasting legacy of impact.
